Burkina Faso: Measles outbreak, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Central African Republic: Cholera outbreak along Oubangui river, select safe food and water, consider vaccination 

Congo (DRC): Cholera outbreak, select safe food and water, consider vaccination. Ebola outbreak growing, consider deferring non-essential travel, obtain itinerary-specific advice. 

Liberia: Ongoing measles infections, check vaccination status 

Madagascar: Mpox outbreak, avoid contact with sick people 

Malawi: Cholera outbreak, select safe food and water, consider vaccination. Increasing measles infections, check vaccination status. 

Mayotte (France): Increase in malaria, avoid mosquito bites, consider preventive medication 

Mozambique: Ongoing measles infections, check vaccination status 

Nigeria: Cholera outbreak in Borno state, select safe food and water, consider vaccination 

Sierra Leone: Measles outbreak, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Somalia: Ongoing measles outbreak, check vaccination status 

Uganda: Ebola infections, maintain strict hygiene, consider deferring non-essential travel. Suspected Marburg in Western region, maintain strict hygiene measures, avoid contact with sick people. 

Zimbabwe: Increase in malaria, avoid mosquito bites, consider preventive medication 

Cuba: Limited healthcare services, shortages of medicines and safe water, defer non-essential travel French Guiana (France): Chikungunya outbreak, avoid mosquito bites 

Mexico: Increase in rickettsiosis in northern states, prevent tick bites 

Peru: Measles outbreak in Puno department, ensure vaccination is up to date 

United States: Increase in measles in Pennsylvania state, check vaccination status. Increased heat in several states, minimise exposure, stay hydrated. Measles outbreak in Buckingham and Cumberland counties (Virginia state), check vaccination status. 

Australia: Diphtheria in several states, ensure vaccination is up to date. Murray Valley encephalitis in Northern Territory and Western Australia, avoid mosquito bites. 

Bangladesh: Measles outbreak, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Cambodia: Ongoing dengue activity, avoid mosquito bites 

China: Bird flu infections detected, avoid contact with birds, follow hygiene measures. Increasing hand, foot and mouth disease in Guangdong province, pay attention to hygiene. 

Guam (US): Pertussis outbreak, ensure vaccination is up to date 

Hong Kong (China SAR), China: Human bird flu infection in Sha Tin district, avoid contact with birds, follow hygiene measures 

India: Nipah virus in Kerala state, avoid contact with sick people, select safe food and beverages. Primary amoebic meningoencephalitis in Kerala state, avoid freshwater bodies. Shigellosis in Kerala state, select safe food and water and pay attention to hygiene. 

Japan: Increase in hand, foot and mouth disease in some prefectures, pay attention to hygiene 

Malaysia: Increase in dengue infections, avoid mosquito bites 

Micronesia: Increase in diarrhoeal infections in Chuuk and Yap states, select safe food and water 

Papua New Guinea: Ongoing potential disruption to water supplies in Port Moresby, consider storing water South Korea: Increased Japanese encephalitis risk, avoid mosquito bites 

Sri Lanka: Increase in dengue, avoid mosquito bites 

Vanuatu: Dengue outbreak on southern Efate Island, avoid mosquito bites. Increased risk of ciguatera fish poisoning, avoid eating reef fish. 

Vietnam: Increasing hand, foot and mouth disease, pay attention to hygiene

Bulgaria: Increase in measles, ensure vaccination is up to date 

France: Imported case of Ebola linked to outbreak in Congo (DRC), monitor developments Italy: Heatwave, minimise exposure and stay hydrated 

Moldova: Increase in Q fever, avoid unpasteurised dairy products, follow hygiene measures Poland: Heatwave, minimise exposure and stay hydrated 

Romania: Heatwave, minimise exposure and stay well hydrated 

Slovenia: Heatwave, minimise exposure, stay hydrated 

Switzerland: Heatwave, minimise exposure and stay hydrated 

Iraq: Increase in Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever in several governorates, avoid contact with animals 

Morocco: Increased heat, minimise exposure, stay hydrated 

Syria: Increase in leishmaniasis infections, use insect repellent, avoid sand fly bites 

Yemen: Increase in dengue, avoid mosquito
